BowPoint was retained at the end of 2020 by one of the leading private equity groups listed above to help them form a platform, and execute an industry roll-up strategy. BowPoint sourced multiple deals, and three of these were acquired and combined to establish an initial platform by year end. In the following year, in 2021, BowPoint went on to continue sourcing and successfully closed an additional 10 more add-on acquisitions, for a total of 13 acquisitions across several states helping our client go from idea, to platform, to consolidator, into one of the largest companies in its industry in the United States.
